Pleasant Valley lies 5 miles west of Ridgway and has unbelievable views of the San Juan Range and  snow capped Mt. Sneffels rising to 14,150 ft. This valley, filled with working ranch land, stretches from the Uncompaghre River to the Dallas Divide.  Ponderosa, juniper and amazing rock cover the ravines on the upsloping side of the valley.  The Dallas Creek crosses the valley and the abundant wildlife, varying parcel sizes and high end homes make this a most desirable area to live in.  Living here you will have plenty of sunlight and amazing sunrises and sunsets.
