About Rob

Rob has held his real estate license since 1981 in California, and obtained his Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license in 1989.  He is currently the Broker /Owner of Cimarron / ReMax in Ridgway, Colorado.  With a 23 year tenure in this area’s real estate he has diverse expertise across a broad spectrum of real estate including residential, vacant land, commercial and financing.  He also has experience as a small business owner and in land development.

The many satisfied area property owners are a testament to Rob’s high standards of professionalism, integrity and the honest and caring way he does business.  Whether you are buying, selling, or acquiring information for a future dream Rob will listen, ask the right questions  and be your business partner as he puts his experience to work for you.  A most rewarding aspect of this career for Rob is the opportunity to establish long lasting friendships with his customers.

Rob’s childhood dream was to some day live in the San Juan Mountains in Ouray County.  As a young boy, he and his family took annual car vacations from his home in Southern California to his grandparents in Kansas.  Ouray County was the stopover on these epic adventures and the highlight for a small boy in awe of this spellbinding country.  His dream was realized in 1989 when he, his wife Annette, and their three young children moved to their 40 acre property in Pleasant Valley, Ridgway.

Rob’s love for his community is evident in his strong connection to his church.  His interests include the outdoors, bow hunting, remodeling his home, music & theatre, travel and entertaining with his lovely wife.  Life includes quality time enjoying his family including his three children and their growing families.
